Helle I am Kieran I’m a 30 year old male looking for a flat mate to move into my 2nd room in my house, which is situated in very sunny Elsdon, Porirua. the house is three bedroom, one bathroom (fleshly renovated) with separate lounge and kitchen/dining. Rent is $250 A/W all Bill’s included (power, internet, Netflix, Amazon prime…..)

the room I’m looking to rent is 2.8M x 3.5M plenty big enough for double bed. the room also gets all of the glorious afternoon sun and amazing veiws/sunsets of Calonial knob. the house is fully furnished (washing machine, all kitchen/cooking supplies, wall heaters in each room…….) room is unfurnished so will need to provided bedding, there is a large built in wardrobe for all your clothes. also off street parking available if needed right outside your room.

great for commuting only 200m from a bus stop and very easy access to Porirua station, Kenepuru Hospital and state HW1/transmission gully
