You’ll be moving into a warm, large, 1930’s villa in a quiet cul-de sac, surrounded by bush and native birds such as kaka, kereru, tui and ruru. In summer the backyard deck/terrace is flooded with sun. We ten minutes travel by train/bus to the city, and close to the Ngaio and Awarua train stations. In addition there are two supermarkets, several cafes, a butcher and pharmacy nearby. In addition, we share the house with one bouncy cat, and three characterful guinea pigs.
About the roomies
There are three flatmates who are professionals. The leaseholder is a cafe proprietor, so the successful applicant will get a delicious coffee for free.
