One spacious bedroom available in Hataitai. The room includes a built in wardrobe and lots of storage.

You will be joining two lovely female flatmates who are both working professionals that are tidy and respectful.

House trained cat’s are welcome, there are no other cats in the flat. There is a cat flap on the back door.

The house is cute and quiet and comes with a sunny backyard which is shared with the other two separate flats that are attached to the house.

House comes fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom. Most of the kitchen is stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery.

This isn’t a party flat and we are looking for a female flat mate so no couples sorry.

A great location, which is something I have enjoyed about living here. You will be a minutes walk away to the nearest bus stop with bus no. 2,14 and 36 stopping frequently. An 11 minute walk to Evans Bay Parade, 7 minute walk to The Kilbirnie Pools, 15 min walk to Kilbirnie shops which includes two supermarkets and a new Chemist Warehouse. 11 min walk to Hataitai shops and about a 30 min walk to Lyall bay.
