About the room

A modern, fully furnished and private studio style room with own ensuite. Suitable for a couple or someone who wants a little more space and privacy.

The house is situated in the quiet suburb of Sunnyhills. Close to supermarkets, parks and the Tamaki river. Also, easy access to the Bucklands Beach ferry, if you work in the city.

About the roomies

We are a young (30s) professional couple. This is our first home and we currently have one other flatmate (30s). We are a fairly active couple who like to keep busy throughout the week with sports and activities. We’d love to fill our home with easy going, working professional who enjoy playing board games, are fun, quiet and are clean and tidy.
