Our house is in Wattle Downs, one of the nicest suburbs in Manukau (South Auckland).. We don’t put silly restrictions on how often you can use the kitchen ;)

We are looking for “educated” flatmates who are working professionals in their mid 20-s / late 30’s. It’s a friendly and homey place. Within the last couple of years, we’ve welcomed people from all continents! Some are more into sports and outdoor activities, other are more artistic. Nevertheless, we are always happy to share a glass of wine or a bbq all together.

$280pw (expenses included) for 1 person

$350pw (expenses included) for a couple

extra $15pw to get a bathroom for yourself.

Expenses include power, water, wireless internet and furniture for your bedroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished (double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, and even duvet, linen, towels, heater, etc…are provided). $500 Bond, 3-month minimum stay

No smokers, please.

1 minute from the shore walkway (great walk along Manukau Harbour with nice view and picnic areas, perfect to relax after a day at work). 3 minutes to reach the Motorway 3 minutes drive to the Indoor Swimming-Pool 15 minutes drive to Manukau Shopping Center & Cinema 25 minutes drive to the Airport 30 minutes drive to Auckland City Center outside the rush hours

Our current roomies are all easy going professionals in their mid-20’s to mid-30’s. It’s a friendly and homey place. Our preference is to have an international house! Some are more into sport and outdoor activities, others are more artistic Nevertheless. we’re always happy to share a glass of wine or a bbq all together.
