Kelburn Room - $208 per week + expenses - Available 16 July (Flexible)

Hey all, we have a room going in our rather lovely 5 bedroom flat. We are on Upland Rd, with a 1 min walk to the shops and ~20 min walk to town. The room has heaps of storage and has space for a bed and drawers. There is also space in the second lounge to set up a desk and computer if you wanted to (I work from home there atm - see the photo). The room can come furnished too if interested. More deets:

• 2x full bathrooms, 2x lounges
• Heaps of off street parking + double garage + a shed
• Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer
• Bond is $867 (4 weeks rent evenly split between everyone)
• Lease runs through to 12 Feb 2023 with likely opportunity to renew
• Move in around 16 July (can be flexible either side of this date) PM if you’re interested! Cheers

We are a group of six 23 - 27 year old yo pros/students (2 girls, 4 boys). Super friendly flat who are quite social. Always keen to hang out and get stuck into a drink/movie/jam/board games, and of course do chill in our space from time to time.
