Dining room with an 8 seater table, perfect for hosting. Recently renovated bathrooms, one will be shared between 2 with a shower over bath and the ensuite will be used by myself. Located less than 10 min walk from the train station, New World/Khandallah village/pub/takeaways/restaurants (Taste, Cashmere Lounge, Automat, Dunsheas Deli). Free street parking available. Bond would be 3 week’s rent and 1 week’s rent in advance. The tenancy is periodic so 28 days notice would be applicable to vacate the tenancy. No pets or smokers

There’s 2 existing housemates, Dylan and myself. Dylan is 30, a working professional and all-around excellent housemate. I’m also a professional in my early thirties. I have a lovely, outgoing cat that enjoys good company. Looking for similar people who value a tidy, welcoming and comfortable home, with a good balance of socialising and independant downtime.
