Beautiful large room available in Khandallah as our lovely flatmate is moving out. The lease runs out late December but all things going well we will renew for another year. The room is $255 a week, exclusive of expenses. The 3 bedroom house has been recently renovated and has amazing views of the harbour and the greenery of Khandallah. There’s a decent sized seperate kitchen, one bathroom and a small laundry with a dryer and washing machine. Outdoors there is a garden, washing line and courtyard area. Inside we have a heat pump and double glazing to keep us warm. The house comes fully furnished. You’ll just need to set up your room. The place is a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop which gets you into town in 15-20. If you have a car there is plenty of free on road parking. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

The two existing flatmates are in their mid-late 20s and like to cook dinners together, watch movies and have the odd games night. We are looking for someone similar who is respectful, tidy, and happy to be a part of the flat unit.
