Current flatmates are all in early 30s working professionals, 2 girls and 1 guy. Looking for someone like minded who is social, clean, tidy, and easy to get along with. The house features an en-suite off the main bedroom, a huge main bathroom (which you will share) and a separate second toilet downstairs. Being a new house it stays super warm over winter.

There is a spacious living, kitchen, dining and a low maintenance deck area outside for entertaining. All furnishings included you just need to BYO bedroom furniture.
