Hi there, we are looking for one flat mate to join newly built two-story townhouse in Royal Oak.-Epsom fringe. Not a party house, No couples and pets sorry! Spacious Double bedroom furnished with queen-size bed and bedside and you get to use your own bathroom!!! Room is well lit through the day.

We are still waiting for new sofa and new TV unit for the lounge area. Ideally, we are looking for someone clean & tidy (must), respectful, trustworthy and can pay rent on time. We are easy going but at the same time have respect for others in the flat. We value personal space and ‘me’ time, we will be certain to respect yours too. A total of 3 people will be living together.

Three-minute walk to PaknSave and Royal Oak shopping center Close to Cornwall park & bus stops If you have a car 10min drive to Newmarket mall, St Lukes mall, sylvia park mall and dressmart. approx. 10 min to Newmarket, Mt Eden, Epsom, Ellerslie approx 15mins to CBD & Auckland Airport

Rent per week:$340 Bills are split 3 ways every month - only need to pay for water and power (Internet is on us!!) Move in cost : 3 weeks rent (340 x 3) + one week rent in advance (340)= 1360 in total
