I have a spare room (unfurnished) for a flat mate that has become available. My home is located in a cul-de-sac in Morningside. It is generally quiet and is within easy walking distance to town, a gym and shops.

With the current makeup of my household, we have a preference for a female flat mate. Having a reference from your previous landlord would be beneficial.

I am open to having couples stay; this would increase the board to $300 p/w.

The room is large and private with separate access; it is downstairs and away from the main living area. You have access to a downstairs toilet, but the kitchen, shower and bathroom facilities are shared upstairs.

I am happy for the boarder to have a toaster, air fryer or benchtop stove in the room for cooking purposes.

$250pw board covers the room, internet and a reasonable amount of power. I am more than happy to answer any questions that you may have about the property :-).

Please no pets or smokers.

I currently live with my daughter who I have in a shared custody arrangement for 2 weeks at a time.

We are a busy family and enjoy spending time together. We generally keep to ourselves and are respectful of others.
