Approx 10 minute walk to train station, or 15 minute walk to Johnsonville mall and bus hub. Closer buses are here too. Two if us work shift work plus some from home, other works regular hours. Share common spaces with a couple (mid 40 and mid 50’s) relaxed and cruisy couple with mid teen daughter alternate weeks. Your bedroom will be unfurnished or furnished with single bed and chest of drawers for additional $10 per week. Includes brand new heat pump in bedroom installed May 2022. Rent includes unlimited high speed fibre internet, power, tv, spa pool, washing machine usage. Fireplace and heat pump in lounge along with heat transfer system. Recently renovated (completed 2021) On street parking available. We are a relaxed non smoking family and keen to have someone join our home. We would expect someone to be respectful just as we will respect you. We have two cats that are pretty friendly.
