The Property has been newly decorated inside and out. Has recently had a brand new kitchen and bathroom added. Fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom, available for rent is furnished, including a double bed and a double wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The room is on the north side of the house and gets plenty of sun on sunny days. Indoor outdoor flow with a private deck that is sheltered from the wind. House has been carpeted throughout and has black ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom.

2 existing female flat mates who are mature and respectful of ones down time and need for their own space. Existing flat mates are easy going, independent, conscientious and sociable. We share the chores and like to be neat and tidy. One is a shift worker and works nights, but likes to rest during the day on occasion.
