Free on street parking • The house has two double bedrooms and a study for all your work from home or creative needs. • Courtyard and deck for the summer scorchers. • Surrounded by trees and beautiful birds from Zealandia and the Botans. • Private landlord owns the house and is a nice guy. • It’s a fixed term lease until November with the opportunity to renew. • Expenses cover wifi, power, gas, flat essentials, and a winter surplus.

Current flatmate: Is a 27 F yopro who lives a balanced life of yoga and wine. On offer is shit chat, great music, and good taste in TV. Flat vibe is a warm and happy home where we have a wine and a yarn, but also happy to do our own thing.
