Sad for me (but great for him) my lovely flatmate is leaving to reunite with his family. PRICE INCLUDES: *Internet (LIMITED). *Cleaning products. *Bed if needed. *Lawn mowing. *Power (Power bills over the maximum limit may be split into the number of housemates or the higher user). 2 weeks for room and 2 weeks bond in advance, this can be discussed.

About this home: Parking: OFF ROAD. Friendly quiet neighbours with good neighbourhood watch. In the area:5 mins to the supermarket. River, takeaways, winery, sports grounds, parks, shops & walking tracks etc.

Looking for a mature minded working or FULL TIME student to share this modern smoke free home. Someone with good communication skills & initiative. Prefer a day shift worker.

Lovely sunny home in an excellent & quiet location. Beautiful views & sunsets. The entire house has double glazed windows & is well insulated. Fully equipped kitchen. Buy your own food. You will have your own fridge / freezer & a generous amount of pantry space.

ROOM: Warm & light, built in closet with shelf, double glazed windows & carpeted. Generous amount of power points, country views & quiet. Bug screen on one window, can come with furniture and single bed.

HOUSEWORK: Regarding communal spaces, a clean, hygienic & tidy person is required, :-) References and police check may be required, Prefer long term (or at least a minimum stay of 3 months). I have one existing house trained cat (professional sleeper) & a small breed (Low/no shedding) dog. We keep the house clean but this place may not suit you if you have a cat allergy.

We are an Independent, quiet, happy & honest household. We like to keep the place clean & treat it as a home rather than a flat

FURNISHINGS: Clean newish single bed available, desk & office chair. Dishwasher, washing machine& many appliances No pets, couples, loud parties or illegal substances.

Trustworthy, clean, tidy, respectful non smoker and considerate. Happy and motivated in regards to doing fair share of housework .Fully vaccinated.
