About the room
My house is old but clean and tidy. I am in the process of upgrading the property. Its in a beautiful location; just a 5 minute walk to the famous “90 mile beach” and a short walk to the golf course, Its just 14 kilometres drive to Kaitaia town and shops, I have 2 living areas; one has a TV plus Netflix and the other is just for relaxing. Bedroom also has Netflix on tv to
WIFI, parking and utility is all inclusive. I have 2 toilets but a shared bathroom. House has heat pump ,nice and cool in summer time and warm in winter.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed ,wardrobe ,tv Netflix ,long mirror , drawers and a fan to keep cool in paradise.
About the roomies
I am the only person living in the property. I am easy going, Celtic and love fishing and going for walks on the beach.
