The room is decently sized (3x3.3m), with plenty of morning sun and space for a queen bed, desk, and wardrobe/storage. Free and reliable street parking and a private outdoor space maintained by the landlord with a bit of a nice view up the valley. Surrounded by native bush, super beautiful area while still close to the city. 5 minutes walk from Aro Valley shops and 15 minutes to the city or Brooklyn.

Facilities include: washer and dryer, dishwasher, heat pump and panel heater, two toilets (one separate from the bathroom).

You will be living upstairs with 3 guys in their early twenties, a mix of hospo people and students. We do group cooking and chores and enjoy the occasional dinner party with our neighbours. Looking for someone around the same age and at a similar stage of life.
