A large bedroom with a built in wardrobe in a brand new home. New carpets, your own bathroom, a new spacious kitchen, garden and patio. There will be a spare room and you are more than welcome to have people stay from time to time. Close to Tauranga Crossing and walking distance to Pyes Pa Shopping Centre. This is a quiet new suburb with ample road parking.

We are a respectable and quiet couple who like bush walks, beach days, mountain biking and music. We don’t party but are partial to a few drinks and some card games at the weekend. We are tidy and clean people who have a lot of houseplants. We are in no rush, just want to find the right person.
