Hi everyone Looking for more expressions of interest, we have room for a single who wants lots of space available around August. roomy house you would be sharing with two others, a little more about us below.

Located in pyes pa close to amenities such as a gym, supermarket, take aways Unfurnished Space entails;

• two good sized rooms
• private bathroom with shower and bath
• private lounge space
• 1 garage and 1 outside parking
• large outdoor area with raised garden bed if you’re that way inclined

$400pw this does not include monthly expenses which average about $100 per person (internet ,power, water rates ) based on last 12months usage.

Would prefer single male30+ years of age who likes his own space, however will be happy to reconsider for the right fit. Must be working and have good references.

About us; Quiet, tidy, on the introverted side but not rude, Play video games, go to the gym typical stuff.
