Amy's room

I have two spare rooms, one furnished one not, with both build in wardrobe. There is also a smaller room that can be used as an office. The house has a nice garden and central heating.

The house is close to the supermarket, the cinema, the beach, few walks (e.g. city to sea walk) and cafes. I’m a quiet and responsible person looking for a friendly, clean and reliable female flatemate, with an ecological awareness. Note, there is also a friendly fluffy cat living in the house.
