Kia ora! We’re looking for a new flattie to join our awesome home in St Johns! 🏡

$250 per week + $20-30 expenses (power, water, wifi). Room is available now so move in date is flexible but the sooner the better!

The room: The room is big with natural light and sea view.It has a bathroom and shower right front door. The room is furnished with double bed and tall boy and study table and chair. Bathroom is shared with only one person as we have our own bathroom in our room:) The house: The house is 5 min drive to mission bay beach and the bus that goes straight into CBD. Spacious 1 big lounges, dining room and kitchen plenty of space. House is fully furnished as pictured.

The flatties: You’ll be living with three other 25 year olds - one couple and 1 other boy . Three of us work full time . We all enjoy each other’s company, hanging out at home or going out together but respect each other’s privacy & space when needed! All clean, tidy & respectful people 🥰
