The home: Private, new warm home, double glazed, super sunny with a huge deck that extends out from the kitchen and lounge. Plenty of cupboard space, heatpump, and dishwasher. Both rooms and bathroom are directly adjacent the living areas. No pets sorry. One off street park available and plenty of on-street parking available too + only a 10 minute drive to AUT North Campus, 20 minutes to the city, 10 minute walk to the local shops, 5 mins to bus stop.
The room: comes unfurnished (negotiable), double wardrobe offering heaps of space and storage. It has a large window and gets decent sun most of the day.
About the roomies
