Sunel's room

I have 1 x Bedroom available with an ensuite toilet and basin. 1 x Big lounge area included in the rent with a 3seater and 1 seater couch until beginning of 2023, after a set date the lounge area will be excluded and price will drop for the room. Shared bathroom and kitchen downstairs. 1 x fridge for own use included as well as electricity and internet. Bus stop is a house away from us and the train station within a good walking distance. A Dairy just across the street and shops about 5min drive. I am looking for a quiet, professional woman to rent the space to. The furniture in photos will be taken out before moving in. The couches will stay but the TV will be taken out. There is a heat pump upstairs as well. No parties will be allowed and we are a non smoking non alcoholic household.

Your roomies will consist of a lively springer spaniel, a loving cat, 2 x young boys and myself. We are an active family that loves to go out when the weather approves. We can be loud in laughter and being busy but good loving people non the less.
