Would ideally suit people working outside the home, (or travelling periodically), with own interests, and perhaps some shared. No smoking/vaping or drugs, pets, or kids. Own food/cooking. One car space in front of garage for small-medium sized car. No campervans allowed owing to Covenants. Walk to shops and wonderful take-out foods. Close to the bike trail.
