Samantha's room

Quiet private home backed onto a reserve. Close to hospital. Sunny and tidy. Low maintenance and I take care of the gardens. The third room will just be kept as an office as i do catch up work from home some evenings. Room has new carpet and has just had a fresh coat of paint too! Sheers for privacy and to block the sun a little as its gets all day sun on that side. The room is a double and has a good sized wardrobe. Has a king bed and side tables. Rent includes fiber internet, water, a resonable amout of power.

House will just be shared with one other. Working full time. Late 20s female. Spend most of my time in summer at the beach or in the gardens. Not a party house.
