Lavery Place

We have a private double bedroom with a bathroom to share on a 2-story house. Your space has its private entrance. There is a full kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, and air fryer), an office room, and a small dinning/living room available for your use. There is limited storage space. You will be living downstairs, and we share the living area for laundry and access to the storage room. Off-street parking. We are a family of four, with a dog. We live upstairs with an independent entrance to the second level. We share the kitchen upstairs. Ideal flatmate(s): Single (female) or a couple, professionals or students. Clean, tidy, treat the property with respect, and pay on time.

We are a family of four, my wife and I work full time and our two girls go to highschool. There is a small toy dog.
