Hi… We are looking for one flatmate at our Mt Eden house - Auckland.

We are a family of four (a couple with two children). We are looking for a friendly and trustworthy flatmate who is clean and tidy + who pays rent on time. This is not a party house. Rent is $250 in winter (June-Nov) and $230 in summer (Dec-May) per week including bills. Two weeks rent as a refundable bond.

It is a very big bedroom with a new bed, mattress and beddings. Room also has a study / office desk, a chair and a big wardrobe. You will have your separate mini fridge (not sharing). Room is at down stairs. So, there is an extra toilet that we rearly use. There is also extra microwave and kettle downstairs. We usually stay upstairs most of time.

Bathroom and kitchen will be on a sharing basic.

One off street parking for you.

We are looking for a friendly flatmate. But this is not a weekend party house. We prefer to stay upstairs for most of the time. So you will have your privacy downstairs.
