2 x double bedooms with built in wardrobe, sharing the bathroom with other upstairs bedroom. Rooms come furnished with double bed, bedding and set of drawers. Great sized deck off the lounge with a view off the side to the cbd. Located at bottom of Parnell Rise. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for you to cook with. Public transport close by. Room for single occupancy $350 per week. Room for a couple $400 per week.
