Stuart's room

Property on the edge of town. Too large for one person. You’ll have your own bathroom initially until I can rent the single room. It’s clean tidy and ready to move in. We will be sharing the electric costs only. We have sky and internet. The kitchen and laundry are shared between us. It will suit a couple or single.

Please be respectful, working, and quiet. This is a no smoking or vaping house, even out side and no pets. References will be required.
