Massive master bedroom (unfurnished) that includes your own walk in wardrobe, newly renovated ensuite, generous study nook, and access to your own private deck.
The house is super sunny with a huge deck that extends out from the kitchen and lounge. Plenty of pantry space, heatpump, and dishwasher to make flat life easy. There’s two off-street parks and plenty of on-street parking available too + only 15mins to the city, and 10min walk to the local beach and supermarket.
About the roomies
You will be living with two vibrant girls in their mid twenties who both study/work fulltime! We’re a pretty social bunch who love a good cocktail and movie night when we aren’t doing our own thing 🥂 Looking for clean, reliable and respectful people ideally in their mid-late twenties! Must be LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈
