Large modern warm house with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, and 3 Living areas. Double internal garage and a deck outside that gets heaps of sun!

Close to Highland Park and Half Moon Bay/Eastern Beach.

Off-street parking and public transport close by. We are off the road up a long drive, neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves :)

We are looking for a new flatmate with a couple of room options available -

*Double bedroom with double wardrobe $215pw *Extra-large double bedroom with double Wardrobe (Space for a desk etc) $240pw Bond is $950 and we pay rent 1 week in advanced Expenses are approx $20-$25 PW (We split monthly Power and Internet- Water is included) Your room will be sharing the main upstairs bathroom with 2 others (We have another bathroom downstairs so no issue with waiting on others etc) Gas Hotwater so we never run out

We have a small dog, so must be dog friendly :)

Current flatmates enjoy a variety of sports, travel, and social events. This house has 5 Bedrooms with one kept as a spare room for guests. Will be 4 flatmates total. House is furnished but we can accommodate furniture if needed :)
