Located on a quiet street in Point Chevalier, it is an easy walk to Pt Chevalier’s beach, shops, Walker Park, and nearby cafes, along with great public transport links to the city.
The studio has a separate entrance and features a modern, light living room with gas fireplace and french doors opening onto it own deck.
The kitchenette (with a cooktop and benchtop oven) has plenty of bench and cupboard space, along with a new fridge. Its large double bedroom with a double wardrobe also includes an ensuite bathroom.
As the studio is part of our home, therefore this is a flatmate agreement.
About the roomies
We are a family of 4 living in the main house. Also living at the house are a friendly dog and cat.
