My partner and I are looking for another couple or a bougie single to join us in our brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town house in mount Albert!

15 minutes from the CBD and super close to lots of food places, super markets, train station, other public transport and motorways absolutely everything you could ask for.

Rent is $320 per week or $300 for a single, only $160 per person for a couple! + expenses

Double bedroom with huge wardrobe! And the whole main bathroom to yourself + any guests! Which because of the house layout is basically like an en-suite!

Huge open plan kitchen/dining with a huge ranch slider and lots of big windows throughout the house giving lots of Sun!

The house is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and absolutely everything is brand new! Fresh carpets, heat pump, heated towel rails and brand new whiteware appliances 😍

Massive bedroom easily fits a queen bed, bedside tables and drawers and also has a massive wardrobe with so much space and storage! (Photos for reference are of my partner and I’s room which is the same size, with a king bed, 2 bedsides a dresser and a 50 inch tv 🤣)

Also the door lock is fully electric and key code entry so super secure and safe which is always a plus!

Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent + one weeks rent in advance.

We both enjoy our quiet time but also love being social and may be keen for a flat dinner or two on our beautiful new outside area 😍

We are looking for someone of a similar age to us so early to mid/late twenties who is social but also likes there own time (no hermits)
