About the room
Our flatmate is leaving us for the big escape to London so we have an epic en-suite room available now in our large 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom house! The room itself is spacious and sunny with 2 windows. It definitely has enough space for a king bed, desk and a set of drawers. It also has a modern en-suite with a large rain shower and a walk-in wardrobe so a lot space for all your things!
Our house is a new built and is super light and spacious! It has a big kitchen, 2 lounges and an outside area perfect for a BBQ.
Rent will be 400 per week for a couple or 300 for a single INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES (power, water, sky, internet, flat supplies etc.) The room is available from now!
The house is in Lynfield/Mount Roskill and is close to countdown, YMCA gym, motorway onramps and public transport. There is plenty of on-street parking available. Message me for more details/a bit about yourself if you’re interested!
About the roomies
The current flatties consist of 3 girls, 3 guys, all in our mid-twenties and working. We like hanging out together and sometimes having a couple drinks on the weekends or going out for a dinner here and there.
