A sunny, super spacious room is available in a cosy, diverse Kelburn flat. The house is down a pathway just off the street and down a small flight of stairs. Ideal for a student or professional; walking distance to CBD area.

We have got a chill, non-intrusive landlord who has recently replaced the carpet in the flat and re-tiled one of the bathrooms. The room is accessible to a sunroom. The room is unfurnished apart from a Queen-size bed (optional).

Open-ended lease (less fuss), and move-in date will remain negotiable. Between 10 and 31 July (I am flexible on the move-in date be it before or after this.)
