We are searching for a single person or a couple to take either/both of the available rooms in the flat as we are regretfully having to leave this property prematurely.

As you can see from the photos, the lounge is mostly furnished, but the two large grey chairs will be coming with us, as well as the dryer in the corner and the big shoe rack.

There is a deck out front, three bedrooms and a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The medium room is $160 for a single person. The smallest room is $130 for a single person. All room prices are excluding bills. We are happy to take on a couple who want both smaller rooms. The smallest room is 2.63m x 2.39m, and the middle room is 3.64m x 2.5m.

Very close to the motorway leading all directions and in between Lynfield, New Lynn, Avondale, Mt Albert and Mt Roskill.

The flat is also in charge of garden maintenance/mowing.

Strictly no pets or smokers.

The two people you’ll be moving in with are recently married, mid-20s. Both are easy going and keep the place tidy. We enjoy the odd drinks/activity night with each other but mostly keep to ourselves as a lot of the time we’re not all home at once. We enjoy video games, movies, anime, music and other similar activities.
