Great 6 man flat one minute from Otago University campus and five minutes from unipol. Rent p/w is 160 and additional power and wifi is usually around 15-20 p/w. Needing somebody ASAP to replace our flatties who’s headed overseas for second semester! The room available is one of two upstairs rooms so will only be sharing a bathroom with one other. Lease ends Dec 31st 2022.

We are all students at otago university aged 20-22, with a range of starting and finishing our degrees this year. Currently four girls and one guy who all also have part time work so we are kept pretty busy. We are pretty social in the living space but very much inclined for a quiet night in.
