Conveniently located on a quiet interior road, within walkable distance to nearest bus stops. We are an Indian family of 4, including my self, wife, and 2 children, and looking forward to having a decent flatmate on the Ground floor.

This brand new studio room is totally independent, is currently unfurnished and includes a built-in wardrobe that provides ample storage space for clothes and other belongings. The room is big enough to have a study table in addition to a double bed.

A full-fledged kitchen is not there, however, space provision is made for a Microwave or a cooking hotplate.

Provision for Washer and Dryer (1 unit) is available in the bathroom.

The studio room is having its own dedicated full bathroom.

One car park within the house premises and open street parking available.

Internet, Power, and Water are included in the rent.
