Couples or singles! We have two spare rooms available in Algies Bay ☀️🚣‍♀️

If renting as a couple: $385 for both rooms

If renting as a single: Bedroom 1: $190(looks out to reserve) Bedroom 2: $210 (room has sea view and balcony)

Expenses: $30/week per person

Move in date: beginning of April

You’ll be living with my partner (26M), myself (26F), and our fur baby (cat)! 🐱

We love water sports and a good adventure! The flat has two kayaks that are available to use, and we have a spa for those cold winter nights!

You’ll be a good fit if you’re chill, tidy up after yourself, and are up for the occasional flat dinner/movie/spa nights.

Some things about the place: -The house is fully furnished -The room can be furnished if required -Fibre internet -Off street parking -Private access way down to the beach -Borders the High Field Donkey Park -Both bedrooms have a built in wardrobe
