Stephanie's room

We have a master bedroom with ensuite available. Room is for one person only. No couples.

Bedroom is light and gets lots of sun, with an outlook into a bush clad valley with beautiful sunsets over the hills. Ensuite includes a shower and large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. Room is unfurnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

No parties. No pets. No smokers. No vaping on the property.

Flat is clean, no rosters, just clean up after yourself and be respectful of the other people you live with.

Flat has a balcony which gets afternoon sun, large open plan dining/lounge area, heatpump, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Large windows let in lots of natural light overlooking a reserve.

On street parking. Bus stop is less than 1 minute down the road, route 24.

The house looks over Tyres Stream Reserve with Tui, Morepork, Kereru, Kaka and Piwakawaka seen regularly. Power, internet and flat sundry expenses are shared equally. If you think you would fit in well in our quiet flat, please contact us to arrange a viewing.

About us: we are both professional females in our early thirties, looking for a like minded, easy going, quiet female in their late 20’s/early 30’s. We are quiet, tidy and have our own schedules but are happy to hang out and chat when we are all at home.
