Our awesome housemate of over a year has eloped! He’ll be a hard act to follow.

On offer for your personal private use are 4 rooms including 2 heatpumps:

First floor double bedroom with its own Heatpump/aircon TV room with kitchenette with own Heatpump/aircon Exclusive Bathroom Exclusive Toilet Your lockable bedroom has a queen sized bed, all bedding including electric blanket provided & laundered, double wardrobe

Beside the bedroom is your own toilet with bidet hose

Up 2 single stairs is your private bathroom & beside that your private TV room with a few kitchen amenities including a drinks fridge, jug, toaster, coffee machine etc.

Shared with other 2 occupants is a full kitchen & laundry – washer & dryer. You also have near-exclusive use of a large fridge-freezer. No dishes to do either!

Various streaming services, wifi, gas, power, water, loo paper & laudry powder included.

Covered parking for a bike is available.

The live-in owners are a quiet gay couple. During your stay, you’ll be the only housemate although the house is 4 bedrooms. Over the years we have made many great friends with our housemates & look forward to welcoming our considerate, careful new housemate.
