This is a 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located near K Rd and Symonds St. Cold water is included in the rent and internet is payed by me. Bars and restaurants and are right around the corner and it’s easy to get home safely after a fun night out! But considering that, the apartment is quiet at night, key card access only into the gate and the building so it is very safe.

The apartment is spilt into two stories with a fairly spacious kitchen and dining area downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a dresser.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and cutlery which you are free to use, but feel free to bring your own stuff too :)

I am a second year fine arts student and the only person you’ll be sharing this flat with :) I’m usually quite busy spending late nights in studio or working so I’m not home all that often. I’m looking for someone who I can comfortably and respectfully share the space with <3 I enjoy hosting drinks with friends from uni on the occasional Friday/Saturday night and don’t mind if you do too as long as we’re conscious of each other’s schedules and sleep.

I cook often and don’t have dietary restrictions but am happy to work around yours!

The lease agreement ends in December and my current flatmate is moving to Wellington, so I’d love to find someone for the rest of the year :)
