We have 1 furnished room available to rent in our 4 bedroom home. Room contains one king bed, bedside drawers, a Smart TV and double wardrobe. Communal areas include the kitchen, bathroom and living space. Our home is on Waihi Road, within 10 mins drive to most destinations (Mount Maunganui, CBD, very close to hospital). Brookfield shopping complex within walking distance.

Ideally we would like a female flatmate who works or studies full-time. Must be mature, considerate, able to clean up after themselves, and willing to keep our home in order. Flatmate must be pet friendly. Rent will be $230 per week inclusive of electricity and wifi. Move in costs will be 2 weeks bond and 1 week in advanced ($690). Off street parking not available, however street parking available.

Your flatmates will be husband and wife, 1 small dog and big cat. We both work fulltime. Husband works from home most days. We are friendly, outgoing and mature people who like their own space. We also run an airbnb in the bottom level of our home which is about 80 percent occupied most of the time.
