We have 2 rooms available in a 5 bedroom, 2 story, 2 bathroom flat located Torrens Terrace, Mount Cook.
One of the rooms will be furnished with double bed and desk and chair and the other will be unfurnished, although negotiable. Both have large wardrobes and are very roomy, warm, and sunny!
Open plan living/kitchen/lounge, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and a balcony.
It’s a 10-minute walk to Massey, 15-minute walk to Vic, 1 minute to Hells Pizza, Yans Supermarket, a butcher, a cafe, dairies, and takeaways.
1-minute walk to Cuba street, 15-minute walk to countdown, and close to lots of bus stops.
Parking available $140 a month
About the roomies
3 existing flatmates. All guys, early 20’s, either studying and working part-time or working full time. All our lovely and friendly but understand if your prefer your own space too.
