Welcome to my home in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Russley area.

$265 for cleaner of communal areas, unlimited high speed fibre and household bathroom and cleaning consumables included. Power split equally between occupants.The available room is a double with wardrobe and comes unfurnished. The room can be furnished by additional cost and negotiation.

Shared kitchen with allocated fridge, freezer and pantry space. Brand new fridge and freezer as of June 2026. Bathroom includes toilet, shower and bath, with an additional separate toilet used by head tenant in the laundry. Dryer also available in garage.

The dining room serves as the shared communal lounge area. The separate main lounge is used primarily by the head tenant for work and personal use. The communal area will be reconfigured and refurnished prior to move-in with dining and lounge furniture.

Safe street parking available in this very quiet cul-de-sac.

Very close to bus routes, airport, Spitfire precinct, Bush Inn and multiple supermarkets.

Low occupancy, quiet household. Suited to someone respectful and independent. We do value a friendly atmosphere with privacy respected but low key social interaction such as greetings and check ins valued.

First and last week’s rent due before move-in. One months notice required. Rent reviewed annually in line with rising living costs. Must be working or studying away from the home regularly.

The room will currently be available one month after the house agreement is signed.

Professional woman in her 60’s who works remotely from home and mature male student in his 30’s. You will also room with two cats and one elderly friendly small fox terrier. They will all want to greet and visit you on a daily basis hoping for some pats and attention.
