Welcome to my home in a lovely quiet street in Russley area. The room is a double with wardrobe, set of drawers, queen slat bed and all linens provided. There is also an ergonomic chair and student desk available if required.

Included in the roomie price of $235 per week is high speed fibre, power, toilet essentials and household cleaning products etc.

We have a shared kitchen with your own space in the fridge, freezer and pantry. The bathroom has shower, bath and toilet. Separate toilet in laundry. The comfortable lounge has Chromecast and leads to a tropical style outdoor area. Parking is available on the street in this very quiet cul-de-sac. Very close to bus routes, airport, restraurants, Spitfire precinct, Bush Inn and supermarkets.

First and last weeks rent due before move in. Two weeks notice required. Shared household chores including garden maintenance required.

Over 30’s roomie preferred.

Professional person in their 50’s who works remotely from home and 33 year old male who works in the building industry . You will also room with two cats and one friendly small fox terrier who will all want to visit you in the bedroom for pats and to say hello.
