Single room in 4 bed house, 2 baths, 2 lounges. 5 min to bus, 10 to train. Safe quiet area.

Retired woman, in process of selling, hence max 6 weeks, could be more permanent. Prefer female, but would consider a male. Clean, tidy, respectful (including to my cat) & honest to replace Elaisa. Pay on time, no hassles or dramas please. Careful with my processions. Bathroom is shared with visitors so bathroom and toilet to be cleaned please. There is another room to use temporarily if required.
