Sunny, warm apartment with great views in Central Dunedin, and only a 5 minute walk to George Street. The room has double glazed windows, a built in wardrobe, with room to comfortably fit a queen sized bed and drawers. The communal living areas are very spacious, with a furnished dining room and living area (with a TV, Netflix and heat pump!) and gets great sunlight during the day. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, along with two fridges and an oven. The shared bathroom is always kept clean and tidy and has great cupboard space. The apartment also has a laundry room and washing machine. Parking avaliable in driveway. (The room doesn’t come furnished)

Hey! We are two young females in our early twenties looking for a new flatmate to join us, one of us is a student and the other is working in a local cafe. We are both very tidy and like to socialise on weekends, but are always respectful of each others privacy. We love a good Netflix binge and flat dinners.
