Close to Parliament Buildings too. There is an internal access garage available (I know!!) with lots of storage. Outgoing tenant will put $100 per week towards the first eight weeks rent for the lucky person who ends up moving in. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and heaps of space in the separate lounge, kitchen and dining. $425 a week, paid one week in advance. 3 weeks bond. Community compost. It is on a lane that has its own little square.
