Looking for a single person who works or studys fulltime. Large sleepout at the back section off the garage which can come furnished with a futon bed, set of draws and Couch. The space has the potential to have a small kitchenette instead of using main house kitchen. Bathroom is in the house though. This is on a lifestyle block with livestock and have many pet animals. So a love for animals is a must. Must be very tidy and clean as this is a rental there are routine inspections. Rent includes power but winter time may increase depending on usage. Please note there is No internet as yet and hardly any cellphone range here. 10mins out of Masterton and 15mins from Eketahuna 1hr and 30min to Palmerston North.

References are required and 2 weeks bond before moving in.
