We have a room up for grabs in our beautiful 5-bed villa in Grey Lynn. The large and light-filled room is ready to move into from 12th August. Located on the ground floor close to the family bathroom close to the family bathroom, which is shared between the 3 rooms on the ground floor.

The house itself is large and light filled (take a look for yourself!) - it doesn’t feel like four people live here as there’s so much space. We have a fortnightly cleaner, but all still contribute to household cleaning and chores such as emptying the dishwasher/bins. Rent: $300/week, Expenses: $30, Bond: $750. LGBTQIA+ friendly. No pets. Smokers OK Move in date flexible. Close to all amenities including local cafe´s, Gypsy tearoom, Friedas, supermarkets and bus stop.

We are all working professionals in our late twenties/early thirties so we’re all out and about in the week and have various interests outside of work. We enjoy coming together for drink/meal from time to time and are sociable bunch but also appreciate our own privacy & space. In search of a housemate that is like minded, and someone looking for a home rather than a house.
